BODEGA OCEÁNICA JOSÉ IGNACIO
Atlantic sea breeze meets agriculture, art, and architecture at this boutique winery on Ruta 9, where sculptures from local artists pepper the peaceful property. Montevideo-based founders Marcelo Conserva + Natalia Welker started planting grapes in 2012 and now produce 90,000 bottles a year, including a killer Rosé that locals adore.
